Standard Shipping/ Free Shipping $8.45. 4-6 business day delivery.
Expedited $11.45+  3 Business days (there can be delays post covid).
International $14.45+ 21 Business days (there can be delays post covid).

We know unforeseen delays can be so frustrating! If your package haven’t arrived by the average shipping times, don’t worry, it has most likely taken the scenic route to you and will hopefully be with you shortly. Please check tracking again, and if it hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact our support desk! 7 business days?! Yes, by our shipping carriers policy it’s still “in transit” and will most like turn up.


You may return unused merchandise in its original condition within 40 days of invoice date. Product must be mailed by Day 40 in order to be eligible for a refund. Upon processing, you will receive a refund for any unused pairs (shipping is non-refundable). Use our super easy and convenient Refund Portal. Refunds will be applied to the original payment form or as store credit, within 7 business days from receipt of the returned items. Returns must be sentback in a box or envelope in order to be accepted (Brassybra boxes that have the return label directly taped to the product box will not be accepted).
